Shipping Methods and Charges
The shipping and handling charges are for 3 to 7 business-day Standard Delivery to U.S. destinations; some orders may take up to 10 days.
We will ship GPS Ground, FedEx Ground or DHL Ground, depending on the best service and rate availability. The following shipping and handling charge are based on the ground shipping for
those service. If you do want to have express service, please put a note on the order, and we will figure out how much it cost based on your location
and service of your choice.
There is NO Shipping Charge for phone card.

Will I receive confirmation for my order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order automatically. If you have not received your order confirmation within two days, please let us

Can I track my packages?
Yes, for the packages were sent via UPS, FedEx or DHL Express, you will receive a shipping notification email as soon as the packages leave our
warehouse. It includes a tracking number for your order.
You can use that tracking number to track your shipment online.
What if I need to return my order?
It is in our best interest to provide superior products and services. We guarantee that all products will be quality products and will be sent to you in their best condition. However, if you
have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return any item, except for original folk paintings, within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund or credit, excluding shipping charges
and taxes. CDs, Tapes, CD-Roms, Video, VCDs, and DVDs must be returned unopened. Please note all sales items are not returnable, although you may exchange sizes. If the sizes you need are out of stock, you can only
get a store credit. You will be informed for the amount of the store credit via email.
Shipping charges (via First Class or Priority Mail) will be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your
preferred method at your own expenses. BigChinaStore.com cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. After a return has been
received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. If you request an exchange, we will only send
you the exhange when we receive the returned products. Actual shipping charges will apply for this exchange.

What if I want change or cancel my order before I receive it?
BigChinaStore.com wants to provide the fastest service to you. We will ship all orders within 24 hours of your order. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or
cancellation, your package could already be on its way to you. If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to try to accommodate

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
BigChinaStore.com tries its best to carry a full inventory for every product we sell on our site. In rare cases, however, when you order a list of products that include items that are
"Backordered" or "Out of Stock", we will ship partial orders first and fill the backordered items as soon as they arrive, unless you inform us to cancel the backordered products. All additional
shipments after the initial shipment (2nd partial shipment, completion of order, etc.) will be shipped via ground unless otherwise requested. The actual shipping charges will apply for the second shipment. You will
also have the option to cancel the backordered shipment.

Yes, we take international order, but the shipping address has to be a US address.
In the future, we may offer shipping products to other countries other than US.
